Tripod’s Tasty Treats
- 125g Parmesan Cheese
- 2kg Wheat Flour
- 1tbs Salt
- 700ml Cold Water
- 8 Eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven at 180C.
Mix egg, cheese, salt and 200ml of water in blender and mix while slowly adding the rest of the flour and water, until it turns to a pizza like dough.
Sprinkle some flour on benchtop before placing the dough on bench. Nead/work the dough for 10 mins before using a rolling pin to make flat.
Use a cookie cutter to separate into individual pieces. Place treats on baking tray and then bake in oven for 10 mins!
Remember the secret ingredient... lots of love!
Tip: try not to eat too many when they are fresh out of the oven!
